Identity verification
BCP email addresses help us verify the right player.
UKTC may compare the BCP email address supplied during a claim with private event registration information. It is used only to verify identity, link the correct Player_ID and administer the account.
Private information
Email addresses and claim evidence are never published.
Account email addresses, BCP email addresses, claim evidence and private review notes do not appear on public profiles, rankings, event records or public exports.
Profile moderation
UKTC reviews public profile content.
UKTC may approve, reject, hide, edit or remove player and team profile content where necessary, including content that is inaccurate, inappropriate, privacy-sensitive or contrary to the profile rules.

Profiles cannot rewrite event or ranking history.
Event results, appearances, line-ups, scores, placings and rankings remain part of the competition history. Claiming, editing or deleting a profile does not change them.
Your choices
Request a correction or account deletion.
If an event result or ranking looks wrong, send UKTC a correction report and we will check it.
Account holders can request deletion from the privacy page in their account. Eligible account and optional profile information will be removed or anonymised, while historical competition records may be retained where UKTC has a legitimate reason to keep them.
