Accounts
Use accurate account information.
Users must provide accurate information, keep access details secure and use only accounts and player records they are authorised to manage. UKTC may ask for additional evidence before allowing someone to manage a profile.
Profiles and moderation
Public profile content is reviewed.
Users are responsible for content they submit. UKTC may approve, reject, edit, hide or remove profile content and may restrict access to manage a profile where necessary.
Competition records
Profiles do not control sporting records.
User profiles and account permissions remain separate from event results, rosters, scores, placings and rankings. Any requested correction follows UKTC's separate review process.
Acceptable use
Use the service lawfully and respectfully.
Users must not impersonate another person, submit harmful or unlawful material, misuse private information, interfere with the service or attempt to gain unauthorised access.
Privacy
Private verification information is not published.
